Thursday Evening Tennis at Hillwood

Join us for pick-up mixed doubles and singles at Hillwood High School on Thursday evening. All levels welcome.

NOTE: The Hillwood courts are split into 2 separated groups of 3 courts. So there are enough courts for 20 players and the meeting RSVP limit reflects that. But be aware that after the first 12 players show, whichever set of 3 courts not in use will have to be used. This should be okay, but may mean that late comers will play in separate area from the first 12 to show.

If you RSVP, please commit to either being there or providing plenty of notification of cancelling to enable as many as possible to play.

After checking the radar it looks like rain is about done over there. The courts may be wet but I will be there.

I think it may hold off raining in West Nashville for the next couple of hours, but everything is really wet right now. The courts dry off quickly, but may still be wet. I suspect they will still be slippery, but I think everyone will have to use their own best judgement about whether or not to show up. Last Tuesday, it was still raining at this time and that is why I cancelled the meetup.

I will not be able to be there tonight, not because of rain or lack of interest, but because I have to meet some work deadlines for clients.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
