Paddle the beautiful Cumberland River from Ashland City's Bull Run Recreation Area through a forested paddle trail to the Cumberland River, downstream to Riverbluff Park.
Open water class I seven mile paddle for experienced paddlers dressed for winter paddling wearing PFD. Riverview Restaurant & Marina dining by the Cumberland River following paddle.

Driving directions from Nashville indicate , make a U-turn on HWY 12 at Caldwell Rd, park entrance is to the right immediately after making U-turn.

Great leadership and everything was easy breezy...even though we didn't get the promised sunshine, it was still a great day on the water...the warmth was in renewing friendships and making new ones. Thanks, Michael, for hosting this great paddle!

Great first paddle for this year...nice group of people too. Hope to join many more.

Wish I could make it out tomorrow but have last of cataract surgery on monday and much to do before hand including a bizillion eye drops. After eyes heal a bit, will be posting some river trips starting in April - some old favorites and some new ones... Looking forward to paddling with you guys again.

I will be working, havent been to one padfling event since joining. Been paddling on the Duck this winter wearing a drysuit most of the time.
