It's going to be a gorgeous THURSDAY evening! Let's relax after work and paddle the lake! We might stop at the Cove to catch a bite to eat and listen to music, or paddle to an island for rest and relaxation, or go exploring where we've never gone before. We may surprise you with bits of paddling wisdom, or make a stop to toss some throw ropes. Be prepared for anything. Thursdays will be an adventure!
Bring all your gear, your paddling arms, water or beverage, a snack, squirt guns, lights, and adventurous spirit! And be prepared to paddle!!
Getting there:
Take I-40 to exit #219 Stewart's Ferry Pike
SOUTH on Bell Road about 3.4 miles (through 4 lights)
Watch for the brown "Hamilton Creek" sign.
Turn LEFT into Hamilton Creek Park-drive to the Marina
Meet at the Marina in the parking lot

PFDs are required out and back.
Bring at least 2 lights and check your batteries. A strong light inside your boat is a great addition.
Feel free to bring a snack and a drink to tie you over until dinner. Bring water and possibly bug repellant.
Plan, dress, and bring extra wear in your dry bag accordingly for the weather. If you plan to go to the Cove, bring ID, and cash or credit.
