Thank you Bill. If you or any of the group has some good material I can read (website, documentaries, etc.) to help me begin this raw food journey, I would love to learn from others. I love fruit and vegetables (probably need some recipes) and even did some organic gardening a couple of years ago. Being new to Nashville I am learning new resources. Thanks!

Hi Bill, I am so sorry I keep missing the meetings. I have either been out of town or something come up at the last minute! I have a friend I may refer to you all. She has some health issues and could really benefit from the raw food diet.
