I'm going to attend the Harpeth trip this Sunday, but am having trouble trying to download the PA+ waiver form. When I clicked the link it told me I could not go there. I am a PA+ member, but obviously not that active. How can I get this form??

Need to come to Brentwood Skate Center on Monday nights and take some great dance lessons for $7.00 and 3 hours of dancing. Every Monday....150 people there every Monday taking the class.
