Flash Hike (today!) in Scotts Gulf

  • Oct 30, 2013 · 8:15 AM
  • This location is shown only to members

One of our long-time members is back in town and free today, so we're gonna do a day hike in Scotts Gulf on either the Yellow Bluff Loop or the Screw Clift Loop. Both are 8 miles+ and considered "moderate" hikes.

Meet at Kroger off I-40 Exit 221 at 8:15, return around dark.

There is a slight possibility the hike will change due to hunting season restrictions, which we will be checking on as soon as the TWRA offices open.

Questions? Call or email me.

We had to change our plans from Scotts Gulf to the Piney River Segment of the Cumberland Trail due to hunting season rules. So glad we did. Really enjoyed the Piney River hike and plan to go back soon!
