Get Down and Jump Around (Trampoline park)

If you haven't gone yet this place is awesome.  Great workout and stress reliever because let's be honest who can trampoline without smiling the whole time?

Its located behind the Kwik Sak at the corner of Harding Pl. and Donelson Pike.

There is a big general area, a foam pit and a dodgeball court. and we can start a ragtag game of tag (NO RUNNING) on the big area if its not too crowded.

TimeSlot:

We'll go for about 2 hour, but if people want to go for shorter that is fine, but I think you'll have so much fun you'll want to keep going.

The start times are every 30 min so expect to arrive 15 min early to complete the signing up. Its $14 for first hour. ($6 for additional hour)

Our time slot will be from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. (you can join us at 6:30, 7:00, or 7:30 pm)

Afterparty:

afterward we can go grab a bite to eat or drink nearby.

Signup:

You can sign up yourself to save time. at http://NAS.jumpskyhigh.com/index.php and prepay if you'd like.  but you can't do this until 2 days before the event.

also you'll need to print and sign a waiver.  (you can do it there too)

Waiver:

to make things easier download and fill in this waiver before hand.

This is a pretty active event (= very sweaty by the end) so come ready for a workout.

Clothing:

You'll want to wear sportswear.  probably no jeans or button ups. or dresses/skirts.  for footwear you'll need to go barefoot or shoes, no just socks.

I'll only be able to come if I can bring my 7 year old daughter, which I think she would enjoy this as I get to meet new people too. Look forward in meeting you guys.

I think that won't be a problem. people have brought their kids in the past.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
