Developers, are you Cloud Ready?

It does not take a clairvoyant to realize that times are changing radically in the IT world. Developers today cannot afford to ignore the shift to building applications that can run in the data center and/or across the various public clouds such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.

The Windows Azure Users Group May 14, 2014 meeting will be on Microsoft Azure Storage Security. It will focus on how to program the sharing of Blob Storage data, the Microsoft Azure mechanism for storing large inexpensive amounts of bulk data in the cloud.

If you are a developer working with .NET Java, NodeJS, Ruby, Python or any of the other myriad development languages and platforms that Azure supports this should be of interest to you.
