GoGirls Workshop on ‘Developing A Thriving Music Career From Scratch’

GoGirls is an organization that supports female singers and
songwriters of all ages and from all musical genres. This workshop is
open to the public. Suggested donation: $10.00.

Open Mic For The Unpolished Performer
Venue: Indie Connect – 2720 Old Lebanon Rd. Ste. 108, Nashville TN 37214
Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Every Friday evening we provide a safe and nurturing place for anyone
to come and perform who wants an audience to sing to but either
doesn’t feel comfortable in a bar setting, is too young to perform in
clubs, just wants to get stage experience, has new songs to try out,
is trying to overcome stage fright etc.  Cost$10.00 per performer.

Phil Keaggy Guitar Clinic!

Phil Keaggy is perhaps one of the most admired guitarists in music
today. His fans range from those who aspire just to be able to play
Keaggy's mistakes, to professional musicians who have been strongly
influenced by his style. And in between are those who don't play
guitar, yet find solace in his beautifully penned lyrics and memorable
melodies.

Phil's solo career has spanned more than 30 years, and has included
over 50 solo albums, both vocal and instrumental, as well as 8
releases with his band, Glass Harp. One of the most sought after
studio guitarists, Phil also continues to sell out concerts all over
the United States, with his ever-changing style, ranging from
rock-and-roll to fully orchestrated instrumental compositions.

Join us as Phil demonstrates his amazing technique as well as how he
gets many of his unique, signature sounds!

Cost: $25.00 if paid before September 10.
