Wellness Wheel Workshop - Free Holistic Health Workshop, Nashville TN

The Wellness Wheel is a representation of a person's overall health using spokes to convey a number of important aspects of wellness. Individuals can use these aspects and their extensions to help evaluate and improve their overall health and wellness.

This is a laid-back, fun workshop that will teach you about how The Wellness Wheel works and how to create your own.

We are repeating this workshop several Saturdays in hopes that everyone can attend!

The Wellness Wheel Workshop is brought to you by Patricia La Faire, RN ,CHHP. Pat's background includes RN Nursing & Psychology Major @ Northern Illinois University Dekalb, IL CHHP @ IBMS Charleston, NC & Bio Energetics, Carmel, IN.

Her experience has been in Home Health, Hospice, Behavioral Health Facilities and Community based Non-Profit organizations locally. She specializes in Patient, Client and Caregiver Counseling, Teaching and recently Coaching. Areas of expertise in Grief Workshops, Stress Management, Spiritual, Financial, Nutrition & Supplements, Relationships, Fun & Recreation.
