This group is for women interested in taking an active role in your healing and interested in learning about alternative and complementary strategies that they can incorporate in their every day lifestyle. It is a place where you will feel supported and find some reasurance and peace of mind with personal questions and on treatment decisons.

INSPIRED LIFE is a positive cancer support group for women that meet on the last Tuesday of the month in Newmarket. Each month is themed with an educational component, network opportunity and healing meditation.
MANAGING CANCER NATURALLY is a 4 week multifaceted program that educates on Nutritional Oncology, Lifestyle including detoxification, environmental factors and mind body spirit healing.
HEALTHY BREAST & HEALTHY BODY YOGA Program is an 8 week program that offers yoga that focuses on lymphatic circulation, self healing, cellular detoxification, liver and bowel cleansing, nervous system and glandular balance, releasing anger and more.
Each class has teaches special breath techniques, relaxation techniques, visualization and meditation for disease prevention and recovery.
INTEGRATED CANCER COACHING is a service that is offered by Professional Cancer Coach Marise Foster and Brenda Teofilo to support and empower women diagnosed with cancer. It is an intensive program that not only educates on topics of diet, lifestyle, detoxification, risk factors and psychospiritual components but also informs on treatment options both allopathic and naturopathic. Both Coach offers the support that the oncologist does not have time to provide. The Coaches give you the time you need to help you understand the treatment options as well as educate you on what questions to ask your doctors. Coaches Marise and Brenda are there to support you on with your treatment plan and be there there for you to act as your sounding board for a whole year. This is a unique service that all cancer patients should have.
