Join us for group runs with a focus on proper form and better running mechanics. Each run will be lead by a Certified Natural Running Coach and provide a dynamic warm-up with emphasis on specific running drills to improve your running form, your running efficiency and improve your overall running mechanics.
Runs are 2-5 miles and self paced with group coaching that provides running cues, explains proper body position, cadence and posture. The coaches will help all runners ranging from beginner to expert.
Natural Running will minimize risk of injury and help you run better and meet your training and racing goals.
Our group runs are open to all and are free, however, a $5 donation is appreciated to support our coaches.
