A fun way to meet with other local people who are interested in Natural weight loss.
Not with a expensive programs, or expensive equipment, but simply by organizing a walk true parks, exercise and having a workout program together. We can share tips, recipes, and keep each other motivated! Keeping track on your progress. Keep your food in balance. In this way, I lost about 40 Lb, and I hope to lose some more. Will you join us?
