    All, due to (mostly!) poor planning and a busted commute I arrived late and couldn't find you this morning. Spent a couple of hours out on the trails, but no luck. Nonetheless, had a wonderful time climbing around - so thanks for inspiring me to get up there on a frigid day; it felt amazing once I got moving. I hope you enjoyed yourselves as much as I did and (still) looking forward to meeting everyone. Next time!

    @Ehud: we will cover a few miles (probably 3), but the workout is "bursty." we stop and go, climb, crawl, stop, lift, stop, sprint, stop, etc.

    Gang, I would absolutely LOVE to be there, but the Empire State Building Race is Wednesday, so I will be in full taper mode, only recovery and regeneration, no exercise over a 4/10 intensity, for 6 days leading to the race.

    On that note, I will be raising money for this amazing organization that mentors inner city kids through action sports, it is truly a 100% kick ass organization, and %99 of the kids that go through their programs end up going to college.
