Red Sauce or Gravy Basics

Learn how to make red sauce from a few basic ingredients.  Sample some delicious foods with sauce and taste your own creation by the end of class.  All ingredients and tools are included and you will learn with a very hands on approach.  Everyone will be participating and cooking their own small serving of sauce.  We will also modify the basic recipe according to your preferences, with meat or vegetarian options.

    I am open to having a meetup outside of Kearny if someone is open to opening their kitchen to group or if a local church or resturant will make themselves available, if there is demand in your area. I will be having a meetup at my local library for which there will be no charge, but it will not be so hands on because we expect larger crowds. My qualifications are that of an experienced and passionate home cook and caterer.
