Foraging edible berries, nuts, herbs and fungi.
Katie and I were in the park and spied a bunch of useful plants on an easy walk. I harvested some oyster mushrooms, but left a nice bears-head mushroom to get bigger. Hopefully it will still be there on Sunday. Kids are welcome. I will bring some samples of whatever I whip up in the kitchen, and will hand out some wild amaranth seed for you to take home (this may be my favorite wild edible). You might want to bring a plastic bag. Bring a buck to help defray costs.
