These free, hour long seminars cover a variety of topics that any runner or athlete would benefit from increasing their knowledge about. Each week covers a different topic.
For MARCH 10th the topic is NUTRITION FOR ATHLETES presented by chiropractor Dr. Mennerick.
Few of us eat the best we could but as athletes nutrition should be one of our top focuses. Proper nutrition provides our bodies with what they need to be healthy and functional, with in turn helps reduce injury, allows muscle building, and encourages safe weight loss.
