Introduction

I love photography and am looking forward to meeting others that have similar interests.

What would your "ideal" nature photography group include?

New locations to shoot. Sharing ideas and talents with other photographers.

What inspires you about Nature Photography?

Being outdoors shooting all day is very relaxing and therapeutic. I can think of no better way to spend the day.

What kind of Camera and Lenses do you use?

Canon.

What is your experience in Nature Photography or Photography of any type?

Networking is a great way to learn. Not only the technical aspect of photography but also the human connection.

Please list some of your Favorite Nature Spots in Illinois?

Thank you Margo. I am glad you invited me. I will not be able to make the Arboretum but i look forward to future outings. PS ( your work is great too) I do feel lucky sometimes though like with the Hawks.

We would love to organize a group of those who are passionate about "Nature Photography" to go out shooting together at various places we set up, who have the desire to learn together, share our artistic vision, and sharpen each others skills! Any level of photographer is welcome, from Beginners to Pros!

We are getting ready to launch monthly photo meetups for the purpose of showing our work and learning from each other as well as teaching other important aspects of photography. I am really excited about this addition to our monthly shooting adventures!

Please meet us at the Message Board, and join in on the discussions! Let's share our ideas and vision for the group, investigate the places we want to explore, and get started making the plans!!! This will only be a great group if we all get involved and make it one!!!
