Start your morning with a brisk run or walk along Navarre Beach. Run at your own pace or jog with a Galloway Pace Group. Walk or jog along the beach or along The Path. Bring a friend!
Plan to get a good run or walk in an hour's time.
Don't forget gloves, hats, sunscreen, visors. Headwinds are pretty common and COLD! Dressing comfortably is key to sticking to an exercise routine. All levels of runners and walkers are welcomed.
We'll plan to have coffee afterwards at Sailor's Grill. Join us if your schedule permits.
