Nectar is a non-verbal dance inspired by conscious and ecstatic dance. It is a space to enjoy and explore embodiment, physical expression, and the body’s wisdom. After an opening unguided warm-up period, a playlist of music progresses through a wave—beginning spacious and mellow, gaining intensity, and arriving back into stillness. Participants are welcome to move, dance, and be still as their bodies desire. Nectar opens and closes with intentional circles. Opening circles feature inspirational comments on a theme by the Facilitator-DJ, and closing circles offer participants a chance to share about their experiences in the dance. Nectar was created by Amorn O'Connor and Harrison Blum, and is supported by a rotating crew of Facilitator-DJs.

Bill

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
