Loretta, I have tickets to see the Gob Squad at the Public so I couldn't be there before 10 PM. Do you think anyone will still be there at that time? Could I call someone to find out. It's sort of late I guess... sorry to keep having other events on the nights you choose. So want to meet everyone!

Hi Alexis and Cheryl. Sorry you both have other plans on the night of our first meetup. As for time, I wasn't planning on staying past 10 but others, of course, are free to do so. Will try to make the next meetup on a different night so that everyone gets a chance to come out. Hope to meet you both soon.

I couldn't find you either. Bar tender had no idea about the meetup. Suggestion for next time: let the staff know where the group is.

Hello everyone,
I am just back from the meetup and got the chance to meet with nice people. However, the place is way too crowded.
Since we are looking for a place in Tribeca, let me suggest 'Josephine cafe' on Greenwich street next to Harrison street, a very nice quiet French creperie/restaurant with excellent wine and tapas selection for a reasonable price! The owner's name is Maryse.
Just a thought if we want to get the chance to talk with everybody of the meetup.

Jim LoughranI can't rate it. I stopped in but the bar was very crowded and could not figure out which group was the meetup group. So, I enjoyed a beer then left.
