Circumventing Burnout: Recruiting Others to your Communication Strategy

Feeling like a one-person show?

Time to start recruiting others to build a strategic communication plan that involves more than just you.

Working intergenerationally means some time must be spent on training in new technology, but each member of your team can play a role.

The best social media strategies include many people using technology to have a conversation, so now's the time to switch away from outbound marketing approaches, and start telling your story, though interactive methods, involving many different perspectives.

We will share best practices, and brainstorm ideas to make sure the communications plan doesn't only include you.

Invite EDs, Board Members, Fundraisers, or Communications folks to share their perspectives on how to build a plan that is inclusive for your organization or collective.

I'd like to know "where you find these volunteers" and what is the "best" age range for them to be.

This topic evolved very organically at our last session. We are going to bring our best practices and share strategies, more so than having an official presenter.
