What are your thoughts about building wealth via Real Estate?

Love the idea of buying long-term assets and having someone else pay down the debt while rents and property values increase.

What is your primary purpose for joining the group?

To network with other people of the same mindset. I want to be part of a group where I can bounce ideas off others and shares some of my experiences with them. It's not what you know ...but who!

What topics concern you moving forward as an investor? What questions would you like to discuss during a group meet?

Financing. I want to learn more about creatively financing larger assets. Legals as well. As my portfolio grows I want to learn from other on how to protect my assets.

What about self directed IRA checkbook?
This specific IRA gives you greater control.
Google self directed IRA check book for more information.
In your search look how one can use their IRA.
