If you are a widow, widower or even single because of a loss such as divorce, please join us. We will be here for you! I was widowed in March, 2009, so I understand. We know how difficult it may be just to get out again the first time after a loss. We are very new and want to grow so there are local friends in your area.
Please join us and we will make you feel right at home. Together with friendships, we can begin life again as we all move from tears to joy. We want to laugh and have some fun with the rest of our life! We go to movies, dinner out, plays, concerts, local events, PWP dances, beach gatherings, whale watching, you name it!
Check out our calendar and see what might sound interesting to you. If you know of a great place to meet in your area, or some place you have been wanting to go, please let me know and I can place it on the calendar so you can meet those close to you as they join.
Please RSVP for those events you are coming to so we can look for you and greet you. If you need to cancel, please change your RSVP as well the day before or call me the morning of the event, so we will have an accurate count.
This local group began February 14, 2011 in Orange County, July 2011 in La County and now September, 2011 in Riverside county and we are just beginning to grow. We usually have from 2-7 at each event, but that gives us quality time to make friends and get to know each other.
Never Alone International is expanding from Orange County to also include meet up activities at least once a month in L.A. County. The Riverside County will be on a separate group page, but we will still have activities posted on both calendars in case you want to meet members from both groups.
We look forward to meeting you and becoming your friends for fun, laughter and a new beginning. We are small, but the bonds of friendship are powerful. We want to help you be powerful and in control again as you write this new chapter in your life. We are all doing the same.
We are friends helping friends on this new journey we are all taking in life and learning to have fun again!
Love and hugs to all, Sharon
