A few friendly suggestions for the future: the room acoustics and volume, general seating, screen/visibility. Some things people spoke were not clearly audible -- modulate voice so everyone can hear, rather than only be the two tables near the speaker and/or use amplification. All tables were mostly full, so the layout/seating may be planned so that there are rows of seats rather than round tables -- this will more efficiently use the space available -- next time there may be many more attendees. Items projected were not centered and the view was often obstructed -- again a function of the general layout more than anything. Overall, it was really great, and thanks a lot to all for a great informative meeting!
