Hi Sandy,

Your welcome.  I never thought of the legal issues, but probably should 
have.  I know a guy who turned a club from free to pay and spent practically 
forever coming up with a liability statement to cover his backside.  I can 
just imagine someone doing the nice thing and donating his property for a 
party, only to be sued for his/her kindness.
