The town you mentioned is some distance (65 miles). If you do come, you won't likely be dissapointed though. The gaming is open gaming with an empahsis of Eurogames, though there usually is at least one table that plays the "lighter" games. I personally am hoping to get a game of Starfarers in.

Ok - I will bring a cooler too for extra space (Jay said there was a little fridge there?) and maybe also some meatballs or kielbasa in a crock pot. We'll be there at one. Thanks Corey!!!

The location is in back of the Beginning Discoveries Learning which is on Route 102 in Hudson next to the Hudson Stop. If you are coming from the East, we are approximately one quarter of a mile past the n Mobil on thte Run station, and we are on the right hand side just before White Hen Pantry. If you are you coming from the West, we are on the left hand side in the parking lot immediately after White Hen Pantry.
"Go to the play ground and come in the back door down the ramp."

There are paper plates, napkins, utensils available there. How about Soups and Chili? They can stay in crock pot's and keep warm most of the day.

I think we need to plan items that can stay out all day - as people come, they can add to the table. Also, this is NOT someone's house - remember to bring the serving items required for your dish. Someone should also choose paper items, cups, utensils, etc as their pot-luck donation and someone should bring soda and drinks - these people should be early arrivers (1:00) or a few people could split items, 1/2 arrive early, 1/2 later in the evening

What's the policy on alcoholic beverages? Any other restrictions we should be aware of?

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
