Thomas Dinsmore is a Solution Architect on the IBM Netezza Advanced Analytics team. He supports customers worldwide seeking to leverage the power of IBM Netezza Analytics.

Thomas has worked professionally with data mining and statistics since 1985, and has helped hundreds of clients derive useful insights from data to address problems in Pricing, Product Development, Marketing Channel Optimization, Media Mix Optimization, Customer Loyalty and Credit Risk Management. He has also worked with customers to manage the deployment of large-scale analytic solutions spanning data, applications, custom development and user integration.

Prior to joining Netezza, Thomas led the analytics team supporting the JCPenney digital media account for Razorfish, a digital marketing agency, and led consulting engagements for the SAS Institute. In the course of his career, Thomas has worked extensively with analytics professionals at all levels, and fully understands the business and organizational challenges inherent in the discipline. His analytics experience across companies, vertical markets and countries gives him a unique capability to identify best practices and recurring issues, and to develop workable solutions.
