Discover the fun and joy of New England Contra and English Dancing! Dance to live music, meet new people, have fun! Stop sitting around and watching the tube, get up and move! Join the crowd at Country Dance*New York were 30 to 100 dancers attend every dance.
All dances listed here are at The Church of the Village, 201 West 13th Street at 7th Avenue in Manhattan.
Saturday is New England Contra dancing at 7:30pm. Tuesday is English Country dancing at 7:30.
HEY, you know your left from your right, you can walk quickly - that's all you need to have fun dancing at Country Dance New York! Lets go dancing! ALL DANCES ARE TAUGHT, you don't need a partner, there's always LIVE MUSIC, and the lots of friendly people.
