Hi Christine– I didn't realize that today was Tuesday and I agreed to an evening appointment earlier; I apologize. I never received the online payment information (?). At the next class I'll be sure to pay the full price and I will see you next week. Thank you.

Hi everyone, if you can please come a little early today. Parking is free on Bishop street and State has meters. I'm sorry I forgot to give you instructions about how to pay online! If you can pay today at the Fitness Haven that would be fine. Since you have all pre-registered on meetup in a way it is only $45 for the whole series.

This is a very easy practice focused on breathing and awareness to relax tension as well as gentle postures. I'd like to ask that people try to arrive 10 minutes early. You will need a little time to put things away, register and pay. This way we can start class on time at 6 pm (hopefully). Thanks!

Thanks for posting! I have Spondyloarthritis/Psoriatic Arthritis and am in pain all the time; it just changes by degrees. You know I'm always cheerful, but it's actually a huge struggle, while I wear a smile. This is kinda exactly what I've been looking for - I want mindfullness help with pain management (and being more aware of relaxing my shoulders, the left one usually raised in a perpetual muscle spasm so high I feel it's about to touch my ear!), but I've been too chicken to actually go to a yoga class because I'd feel embarrassed at being a beginner/no one expects a 28 year old to have arthritis. Especially since this series is actually for pain management it sounds perfect!

Ok, it sounds like this would be good for you! We'll definitely incorporate mindful awareness, and also, breathwork which is a huge help with pain or illness!

I am very excited about thus and that I saw it today...I was the last RSVP. I'm 37 and my knees are awful...I've lost about 50 pounds, but the fluid in my joints is not great. I can't wait to get back to.yoga and finally learning the correct way to practice yoga. THANK YOU! I look forward to breathing better with all of you :)
