In this four-part workshop series, you will learn how mindfulness through breathing and yoga practice can help with pain management. This is a beginner-level introductory series, so no previous experience is necessary.
You will also utilize meditation practices that focus on the breath and consider the seven principles for dealing effectively with pain. The relationship between emotions and pain will be examined as well as coping strategies that alleviate suffering.
