Early Saturday Morning Track Workout

Alright kids, let me break it down for you. This Saturday while the rest of the civilized world is still tucked into their beds dreaming, I'm gonna be down at the Wilbur Cross track unleashing the dogs of war. I'm thinking a brutal 12 x 400 followed by scorching 4 x 200. Maybe work in some chugging practice too, got The Race, coming up soon after all.

Get up early or stay out all night, either way works.

    We should make this workout a regular occurrence. ( I plan on getting back under 7-min and will be doing some sort of Beer Mile time trial every weekend until June 7th.)

      You can only get so far with simulations, we'll have to go "live fire" at some point.
