Second Book--Dune

Thanks so much to Patty--we have a location for next meeting!  We'll be meeting at 300 George Street on the 7th floor. Feel free to bring snacks and drinks.

To get there, enter the building, sign in and come to the 7th floor. Once in the elevator lobby on the 7th floor, turn towards the wooden doors. Take a left down the hall and room 781 is on the right. Just past a built in bookcase.

This location is great too, because it is close to a number of bars and restaurants--after the meeting, if you would like to stick around, plan on going out for drinks!

Hi, if anyone has questions regarding the space, please don't hesitate to ask. there is parking on the street. 300 George is between York and Temple Streets. George St. is one way going towards Church St. There is the Temple Street Garage,a lot across the street, and if you go all the way up to there usually is parking all along George Street from Park Street on down. It's well lit, please be aware of towing and no parking signs. Meters are read until 9pm and parking is $1.50/hr.

I can't make it this month, sadly, since I will be put of town. :( I'm looking forward to Septembers's meeting, though!

I have a location. How does this sound: the conference room belonging to my department on the 7th floor of 300 George Street. It's private, after work hours, no one will disturb the group. We can reconfigure the tables, food and beverages are allowed. But there is mandatory sign in at the main lobby. (I work for Yale School of Medicine)

Well, you don't need an ID but you have to sign in and ut. And it's a surveilled building. But we can bring food, drinks, even beer or wine. The space has good conference room chairs and the tables can be configured the way we want, or no tables at all.

I missed the last one due to some last minute camping preparations but I am excited to re-read and discuss Dune!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
