As a business owner it is important to understand that despite the explosion of technology, offerings and competition in the marketplace, you still need to be able to set yourself apart. You get so busy working in trying to have a successful business that you don’t spend enough time planning and building a business that is built off of your passion, core need in the marketplace and true value that your customers need. As a result of that, your business is never on solid ground and performance is not optimized.

In this “Part One – Creating a Plan to Start Your Dream Business” workshop, you will not be lectured at, you will fully immerse in a proven approach that has been leveraged by organizations that are the at the top of their industry to those that are just starting out. You will learn the process and gain the confidence you need to have a sustainable and profitable business that fulfills your dreams, while also creating the value your customers really want.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
