This group is designed for women and men  who are starting their family later in life. Perhaps your career came first, or you are in your second marriage and starting over, or you just weren't ready until now. There are a lot of New Mommy Groups out there, but I didn't want to be the only 36 year old amongst the 20 somethings. I thought that perhaps there were others out there that feel the same way. This group is for anyone that fits any of these descriptions, and is looking for some friends that are in the same boat and can relate. I would like to get together for girls nights, for playdates with the children, and possibly even get our guys together for date nights. I'm looking forward to meeting you!

Active participation is necessary for your benefit and that of the group. What does this mean? It means paying annual dues and attending a meetup at least once a quarter.

Feel free as a member to suggest meetups. This is a group effort. I work full time and will do my best to add events, but would really appreciate others adding events and being willing to host. It doesn't have to be an elaborate affair, just something you and your child would enjoy doing. :-) If you feel you're not enjoying the group, then be proactive, and tell me what you'd like to see different.  Let's make this a great group, together!
