For the Busy Mom looking to get Fit check out this $10 workout 30 min Hit.

I know I have a hard time getting my workouts in. Our New Mom Kristin recommends this short workout session. A 30 minute high intensity interval set. The gym (if you can call it that) just added these 30 minute quick but effective workout group sessions for $10 a class.  I love this place, and now with a baby shorter workouts are essential :). It's at Axis Sport Performance in Columbia, and is Tuesday at 6:15 (but arrive @ 6 to sign in since would be new guests).  The building is hard to find at night so I recommend spotting it in the day time as it is visible from 108 just hard to see at night.

    For anyone that wants to keep doing this weekly, are you happy with 6:15 or would you be interested in an earlier time? Maybe 5:15 or 5:45?

      615 or 6pm works for me. Gives Andy time to get settled when coming home from work. He doesn't get home until 5:15.

    I have a bad wrist from snowboarding injury and I'm wondering if the modified workout is doable for me. Any thoughts from those who attend the last one?

      We only did three activities that involved the wrist, plank (but most did forearm plank), push up, and this thing where we squat and pulled ourselves up. Since it wasn't a lot I'm sure another activity could be substituted. But I did hear the workout does change week to week. For $10 it is worth a try.
