I know I have a hard time getting my workouts in. Our New Mom Kristin recommends this short workout session. A 30 minute high intensity interval set. The gym (if you can call it that) just added these 30 minute quick but effective workout group sessions for $10 a class. I love this place, and now with a baby shorter workouts are essential :). It's at Axis Sport Performance in Columbia, and is Tuesday at 6:15 (but arrive @ 6 to sign in since would be new guests). The building is hard to find at night so I recommend spotting it in the day time as it is visible from 108 just hard to see at night.
