My previous career was in the hospitality industry, mostly in restaurant management. I have worked front and back of the house in casual and fine dining restaurants. For several years after I switched careers to the legal field I was out of the loop with the food trends and chefs. A couple of years ago I began reacquainting myselfs with it all.
