Rules and Forms for Limited Representation

I've heard a lot about unbundling of services and limited representation at these meet-ups. I thought y'all would be interested to see the latest rules and forms passed down by the LASC. As a family law attorney reaching out to under-served populations, this is great news indeed!

Hi Sarah!

Thanks for posting!

The link didn't work for me using Firefox or Explorer. I'm not sure if it's the link or my computer, so I'm going to attempt to repost it here in case anyone else was unable to link to it.

Yes, thanks for sharing. Good move by the LASC. Protects attorneys by making sure they let the clients and courts know that it's limited scope, and makes legal services more accessible by making it easier for pro se litigants to receive help on an as needed basis.
