Weather permitting let's meet up at the Rocks to the right of the Ranger Station and do a loop around the Chautaqua's trailheads.
This hike is an easy hike and is designed for those who are getting acclimated or just want to go out for and early evening stroll.
We will walk up to the Mesa Trail Head, follow the Royal Arch trail up to the Flatiron Access Trail, go over to Bluebell Baird to the Gregory Canyon parking lot then come back on the Baseline Trail. It's around 2.5 to 3 miles and should take us 2 hours or less.
If the lot is full you can park on the side streets. Allow yourself an extra 5 minutes just in case. If your running late or have questions comments either email me here or call my cell at[masked]-7218.
Bring some water, a snack or grab a bite before. Southern Sun or Under the Sun After.
It's a New In Town only hike and hope to see you there!
