This event is being sponsored by Anheiser Busch and hosted by Bacaro Venetian Taverna. A representative from Anheiser Busch will be there to educate on the beers and what to pair them with. Bacaro Venetian Taverna will be presenting their Goose Island Products. All attendees get to take home glasses from all 4 brands.
First Course- IPA Endive Appetizer: Organic Endive salad with a Gorgonzola di Montagna dolce, roasted walnut and pear
Second Course- 312 Insalata di Aragosta: Poached Lobster salad with basil in a crisp cucumber and lemon aioli served with homemade grissini
Third Course- Honkers Branzino al sale: Sauteed sea bass with fingerling potatoes and garlic kale
Fourth Course- Nut Brown Grilled center cut filet of beef: 4 oz center cut filet mignon, horseradish whipped Yukon gold potatoes and sauteed spinach
Dessert Bacaro Tiramisu and homemade cookies, served with coffee
