I Love working out and want to get back into competing again in races.
No I am not involved in a fitness program, i just work out on my own. I do not have injuries. I have done a 5K and want to do more, my ultimate goal is to do a marathon and Triathlon..

Hi Heather! Warrior Dash was AWESOME! I"m waiting for it to come back again next year. The best time of the weekend was 19min 45 sec! I came in at 45min. Hope to see you there next time!

Heather.. This is the same informational meeting you came to initially. I am trying to get together a night during the week for people to train... mostly bike and run right now since the weather is getting cooler and the temp in the gulf will be a little colder.
