Good time conversing with Ron. Looking forward to some good backcountry experiences.

Sharon and Ron and I had a good time sharing ideas and stories. Ron also got to talk with George before finding us, but somehow Sharon and I missed him -- so I've sent a private message to George to see if we can try to connect anyway soon.

Well, I am already at the Panera working on my laptop and drinking iced coffee... right next to the huge line of people that is starting to go outside the door almost.

I'll have a ski pole and a bright pink strip with me at the Panera bakery. (so don't get ours confused with all the other tables there with ski poles)

Tentative on this one, depending on which Wednesday NJSAR meeting is taking place for January. I can probably make it earlier as well, say 5PM.

Yup, meeting day. Anyone up for arriving a bit earlier?

Another reason to meet near there is for indoor climbing + bouldering at the Gravity Vault gym in Upper Saddle River. Sharon and I might be climbing there late afternoon Wednesday just before this Meetup.

It's such a good gym, that serious climbers from New York state drive south to the USR GV gym. One of climbing partners from Manhattan drives out across the GWB to meet us there.

We're around there (rt 17) a lot, and we're happy to meet backcountry skiers even if there's no Meetup scheduled. Just send me a message with a Phone# on my meetup account, and we can find another good time to get together.

I rsvp'd 'yes' but I can't promise that I can make it. I should be able to. I look forward to meeting you all and plotting some (semi-)epic adventures.

Ken, thanks for the invite and wish I could attend. I'll be in British Columbia backcountry skiing. I'll try to make the next one.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
