Beginner Workshop VII: Getting started with Shiny and D3.js

Due to popular demand, we're changing this workshop to Shiny.

We will build some basic Shiny apps for visualizing data and explore building D3.js apps with Shiny server.

Prerequisites:  R or RStudio installed, and sign up for a Shiny account.
