ADDITIONAL INFO
I'm currently awaiting confimation of the daily guide fee we will have to pay our guides. I expect it to be $30 to $40 a day for their combined services. So, you can each expect to pay anywhere from $120 to $160 total in guide fees.
I will get back to you with the exact figure shortly.
Each participant will also have to contribute towards our vehicle rental. This usually runs around $80 to $100 per person. I will get back to you with a more exact figure once I know exactly how many participants we have (probably by the middle or end of next week).
We will pay equally for tolls and gas by maintaining a "kitty" in our vehicle for common expenses, which will include about $30 for the purchase of some propane canisters for the stove(s) at our campsite.
Finally I will be asking each of you to send me a non-refundable deposit of $80 to $100 BY MARCH 7TH . I'll be getting back to you on the exact amount shortly. This deposit will be put towards guide fees and vehicle rentals expenses should you cancel your trip after MARCH 7TH
Prior to getting to our campsite we will stop at a supermarket to buy all our food and other provisions. Things like propane canisters and plastic trash bags, pladtic forks and spoons, etc. (i.e common items) will be paid fOr out of the above mentioned vehicle kitty.
