This is a group for people interested in experiencing how walking in nature can be a transformative experience as well as enjoyable and excellent for health and well being. I started this group because I have discovered so many treasures from walking in the park I would like to share them. We will learn how all of nature is both teacher and friend and can be a beautiful guide for how we can live being more present in the world. Group will meet every other Saturday at 10 AM for an hour or every Wednesday 8AM for early bird walk. Their will also be full moon walks as well in the future.
