-I've lived in 5 NYC apartments, which I think automatically qualifies me! -lived in Manhattan for 10 years (May 2001 to June 2011) -was in NY on September 11. Hate to use that as a "credential" but an experience like that really bonds you to a place and its amazing, resilient people. -I was on Cash Cab! There were 4 of us, so we split the winnings. I think I got $87 after taxes. -Volunteered for Rock the Vote/Village Voters in 2004. I persuaded NYC City Council to declare September 21, 2004 Voter Registration Day in the city! I still have the proclamation...though a few days later they issued a proclamation for Jelly Belly Jelly Bean Day, so I suppose it's not the biggest accomplishment. -I had a membership card to the Russian-Turkish baths. Great place.
Zabars is...a place I would have frequented had I not lived downtown near the ridiculously large Bowery Whole Foods and the Essex St Market.

I've been enjoying this amazing city since June 2011--though if I could, I would have San Francisco days and New York nights...
A little New York-y, a little San Franciscan. All good people.
