Hike Bearfort & Bellvale Ridges

***Joint hike with the Appalachian Mountain Club.***

WHAT: Let's celebrate the arrival of May and hike up and along two wonderful ridges, with views of Greenwood Lake, and lots of interesting flora - and possibly fauna - along the way. We will (hopefully) finish up with food and drink in the town of Greenwood Lake.

DISTANCE/PACE: The pace will be mellow, but a good workout will still take place. Early outs and turn-backs will be available. Bad weather will result in cancellation.

WHERE: Meeting at 11AM at A&P Shopping Center, 1926 NJ Rte 513.

GEAR: Make sure to bring lunch, plenty of water, and appropriate clothing.

TRANSPORTATION: If you are coming from NYC, please take NJT bus 197 at 9:30 am from the Port Authority terminal, and make sure to request the desired stop.

HOW TO SIGN UP: Please email leader to register ([masked]) and make sure the hike is on. Also note that the leader may need to shorten the hike due to a minor medical problem.
