WHAT: Morning workout on Bridle Path (unpaved dirt path) in Central Park (5mi+). I generally do a slow jog at ~11min/mi. See HERE for map of the path (it's the dotted line).
WHEN: Saturday, 9:15AM
WHERE: 59th St-Columbus Circle. We will meet between 9-9:15 directly under the globe, be sure to check MTA's website for train changes.
HOW TO FIND ME: There shouldn't be too many people out at 9 in the morning. My number's [masked]
