Thanks so much for RSVP'ing to next week's ICO volunteer orientation! Please reach out to me if you have any questions at all. See you at 5:45 at REI Soho (lower level)!

We'll have our general Volunteer Meeting in the same place from 6:30 to 9:00. Feel free to stay over to meet other volunteers if you have the time.

Sierra Club’s NYC ICO is an all-volunteer organization containing over a hundred adult volunteers. Our volunteers are teachers, lawyers, doctors, social workers, psychologists and business people. Each gives of his/her time to help further the goals of NYC ICO and the Sierra Club. All our group leaders have been certified in Wilderness First Aid and are screened via the N.Y. State Central Registry for Child Abuse and Neglect. For more information, visit

    Thanks and see you there!
