Just closed one, Closed another last Tuesday, have a closing this Wednesday! Very busy! Goal is a closing every week! That is how you make money! Closings! might close 4 in 4 weeks!

Just got a lead on a 40 unit apartment complex which is in "Pre-Foreclosure" may have to short sale it with the bank? It needs a lot of work, management problems, bleeding money, upside down! I have several of these in my pipeline: it is a numbers game! Anyone got money? Interested in being a passive on an apartment complex?

I did over 10 deals, and made over $50,000 doing deals! This is a Very SIMPLE Business Everyone, Most people spend all of their time and money on the wrong thing, So they are doing NO DEALS! So Many People Waste Months & Years "Getting Ready" Buying Overpriced Trainings, Thinking about it, instead of taking ACTION! What do YOU Need to know?  More Important, What do YOU DO? 1) Marketing! Locate Prospects! 2) A Simple System to Prescreen these Prospects 3) Quickly Determine Value / ARV, the Repairs,  And Determine Offer  4) Negotiate and Construct Offer, Based upon Sellers Needs and  Each Deal, On a Case by Case Basis. Not Every Deal is all CASH! 5) Make Offer / it is Accepted, or YOU Follow Up! So many people Never get a deal, because they Never make an offer! 6) Once Offer is Accepted, Close Quickly, And Cash Your Check! Repeat!
