We are giving this another go since we had to cancel the pizza party in December. For this event we will create unique gourmet pizzas (no traditional plain cheese and sauce pizzas allowed). Your pizza can be as simple as something like an arugula sausage pizza, or something more complex like a pizza on an nontraditional crust.
To participate you must be willing to make at least one personal pan sized pizza with the option of bringing a bottle of wine. We will be cooking together so please bring your ingredients prepped, and If you use a pizza dough I suggest that you make it in advance and bring it with you, especially if it needs to rise. The main oven will be set at[masked] Degrees F, which is a typical pizza oven temperature. I also have one large toaster oven and a separate broiler if you require a different temperature, or if you want to try to grill your pizza.
Please only prepare for personal size pan pizzas. We want to be able to fit as many of these in the oven as we can, and it will be interesting to have a variety of pizzas to try.
Following dinner we will play some poker...
*We have a small 7lb Yorkie Poo named pepper. He is hypoallergenic and super friendly. If you have a problem with dogs please refrain from attending this event.
The fine print:
Please pick out what you would like to cook and confirm that you can make this event on the night of March 16. Let us know which dish you want to cook in your RSVP so we can avoid any repeats. Each cook may bring one non-cook to enjoy the meal!
Cancellations: Please be 100% committed to attending this event, and cancel 48 hours in advance. There is limited space and each member puts in a lot of time, effort, and planning into each of these events. Late cancellations affect the group as a whole. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or are a no show you could be removed from the group.
